My Likeness Was Used Without My Consent

Have any of you ever had your image used without your consent? I has recently come to my attention that pictures of me have been used shamelessly by a major craft blog to promote everything from toys to plastic dishes. What's even more appalling is that this atrocity has been committed four times in the past week alone!

First, this picture of me showed up in some post about charging cable holders. At least I was wearing the proper hearing and eye protection.

Then, my likeness was used to promote Rubbermaid containers AND Target. I'd like to make it known that I'm a Tupperware and ALDI kind of guy.

When I saw the next one, I thought perhaps I was being nominated for "Dad of the Year" for my great parenting skills. Instead, I'm being exposed for setting up an electronic babysitter in the form of a YouTube Lego playlist.

I could have let all of the above infractions slide if it had not been for the last, most egregious commission. I'm a little fired up that pictures of me in my white snow pants are being used for eye candy out there in blogger land. I know how you ladies are.

  1. Do you live in a common law state? If you do she probably could do it without permission, since you would be considered one individual under the law. If not then maybe you could seek compensation in sewing services and your pants would finally be hemmed.
