To do list

Mandy mentioned to me yesterday that I should write a post about the to do list she left me. I think it was a hint.

Problem was, I had no recollection of a list. It didn't go over too well when I replied: "What list?"

"You know, the one I left for you."

Me, still clueless: "Where did you leave it."

Mandy: "Stuck to your monitor."

I honestly had no memory of said list. I went down and looked and there was no list on my monitor. But there was a yellow sticky note sitting on the desk next to my monitor with the words "Trevor's List" written across the top and eight bullet points.

I swear I had never seen that list before, but something about it was familiar. Then it hit me. It was the annoying piece of paper that for some reason was blocking the ON button on my monitor a few days ago.

  1. I don't know exactly how I found your blog, but I found YOURS before I found your WIFE'S! Imagine that! I clicked on hers and those things are just too difficult for me to do, so I clicked the X and came back here to leave you a comment!

Kudos to you for the blog. My husband doesn't even know what a blog is, much less that I have one. Mine is "teachery" since that's what I am. And I just started so it's rather sparse at the moment.

I've enjoyed reading your posts and have spent maybe 30 minutes reading. You are very clever and funny. Keep up the good work...very entertaining!

  2. My Dad sought medical treatment for this, dr said it was a clear case of domestic blindness, apparently it only effects those with a Y chromosome! Sadly my husband has it as do my high school boys, I live in hope for the baby! :)

  4. Great post! Haha I've been following your lovely wife's blog for a while now and it's just sweet to read yours and get a little sneak peek :P I know *someone* who needs reminding that he wrote a list for himself and where he stuck it LOL! I think he'll feel affirmed if I show him this =D
    Great blog!

  5. Not sure why I find this so funny. If my husband said that, I would be fuming but somehow when it's someone else's husband saying it, it is hilarious.
