Dudepins

I know you're on Pinterest. A lot. I've come to terms with it and what it is and what it can do for me. I use it to visually bookmark things that I want to do, cars that I want to buy, things Mandy wants me to do, etc. It's a good tool. I use it like a match; Mandy uses it like a flame thrower.

So I'm on Pinterest. I'm one of the only guys I know who is. Is your husband/fiance/boyfriend? In case he isn't, you might want to recommend it to him. It's actually pretty useful. However, if he can't get over the inherent girly nature of Pinterest, there's another option:

Yep. Pinterest for guys. I haven't signed up. Probably won't. Not really into the Walking Dead or Queen Sonja. And I'm not a social pinner. And I'm not in the habit of referring to myself as Dude. But hey, it's an option.

  1. Haha, there's a third option too that I heard about a few months ago: Manteresting. (http://manteresting.com/) It claims to be the first social bookmarking site oriented towards men, but who knows. One thing I thought was cute is that things aren't "pinned", they're "nailed" to your boards. I told my husband about it, but we wasn't super interested. As for me, I'll stick with Pinterest cuz I love it!

  2. Yep my hubby was the interest of all his and my female friends! Everyone started following him out of curiosity.....he joined to see my likes and dislikes....he figured it was a good way to get in my head and useful for future buying :) he also pinned a trick for folding his headphones and is obsessed w it lol....so no he doesn't pin much but gets much insight into me :) oh and he does find recipes he'd like me to try :)
