You know, you're supposed to use a box-end wrench, not a pair of pliers. That's why all the shower nozzles in my house have chewed-up chrome. This photo is obscene for that reason alone.
Very true. I used pliers to remove the old one because it was perfectly round, not squared for a wrench. I installed the new one with a wrench.
